To manufacture products in bulk and as per the orders given by our customers, we have developed a hi-tech infrastructure at our premises. It consists of some domestic facilities, which are mentioned below:
- Tool Room: We have developed a sound tool room for the purpose of dies development as well as machinery maintenance
- Power presses: Our company possesses power presses from five tones up to 250 tons for developing components
- Spot Welding: For the purpose of Spot Welding, we have installed advanced machinery at our premises
- MIG Welding: Our organization also possesses 4 MIG welding machines of the capacity of 250 amp
- Pipe Cutting Machine: we also have installed an advanced pipe-cutting machine
- Shearing Machine: We have installed a sharing machine having a cutting capacity up to six mm
- PU Shop: We have PU shop for producing foam for seats.
- Paint Shop: Our Company also have paint shop for power coating of components
- Other Machining Facilities: Apart from the above mentioned machinery, we have with us general machining facilities such as Shaper, Lathe Machines and Drilling Machines
